The Whole set of Aerated-Concrete equipment we produced have become universal products for domestic new or existing aerated factories. Aerated-Concrete whole set equipment are made up of equipment for stocking raw materials, mixing, gating, molding, cutting, evaporating and culturing, crane cramp, transporting etc.
Ⅰ Brief Introduction of producing technics.
1. Stocking and supplying raw materials
Transferring the raw materials by truck into the factory and gathering fly ash (or sand and stone powder) in the raw material field, then loading into the hopper when using. Stocking the packed cement or bulk packed cement in the cement storeroom and being loaded to the hopper when using. Stocking the chemical materials, aluminium powder in individual storeroom and being loaded to the workshop.
2. Processing raw materials
Fly ash (or sand and stone powder) are transferred to the raw material machine by electromagnetism vibration and transferred to ball mill shell. The grinded fly ash (or sand or stone powder) is delivered individually into the slurry jar for storage by pump.
The lime is delivered to the raw material machine by electromagnetism vibration then by adhesive tape to the jaw mill shell for milling. The milled lime is transferred to lime storage by the skip hoist and then to the ball mill shell through screw conveyor. The grinded materials are delivered to powder matching storeroom through screw conveyor and skip hoist.
The chemical materials are measured manually by a certain ratio and mixed to be liquor with a certain PH indicator and stored in the jars.
The aluminium powder is delivered to workshops from the storeroom and then sent to the second floor of material matching building through electric hoist, then mixed with a certain volume of water to be aluminium powder suspension..
3. Proportion, mixing, gating
The lime and cement are delivered from the powder material matching storage by screw conveyor to automatic volume measuring scale and then sent to the gating mixing machine by the screw conveyor beneath the scale.
The fly ash (or sand or stone powder) and waste slurry are put into the volume measuring vat. After all materials are measured and molds are ready, the slurry can be mixed around. The slurry should meet the technical standard (about 40℃)before pouring. If the temperature is too low, we can heat the slurry in the measuring jar by steam heating and then add the aluminium suspension about 0.5~1 minute before pouring all the slurry.
4. Original cultivating and cutting
After pouring, the mold is moved to the original cultivating room by conveyor for first coagulation. The room temperature should be 50~70℃ and cultivating time should be 1.5~2 hours (can be omitted according to the actual better conditions). After cultivated, the mold bracket and cultivated are hoisted to the preset incising table by load lifting device. We remove the mold bracket and use the cutting machine to cut the cultivated transversely, longitudinally mill the “bread head”. The mold brackets are hoisted back to the molds transferring truck for cleaning and removing oil, then to the mold truck for the next pouring. The cut cultivated and kettle soleplate are hoisted to the kettle truck and displayed by 2 layers with 4 supports in the middle. Several kettle truck forms a group.
The waste materials from cutting are sent by the crew conveyor to the waste slurry mixing machine beside the cutting machine. Water is added to make waste slurry for reuse when matching material next time.
5. Steaming with pressure and the finished product
When finishing the organizing the cultivated body into groups in front of the kettle, we open the kettle door of the pressure steaming kettle that is ready for out and pull out the finished kettle truck by windlass, then use windlass to push the kettle truck that needing pressure steaming into the pressure steaming kettle for maintaining. The finished products on the kettle truck are hung to the finished products storehouse by over head traveling crane and then delivered to the finish product piling field by fork lifting truck. The empty kettle truck and kettle soleplate are lifted back to the carriage return line and sent back to the piling rack after being cleaned for the next use.
Ⅱ Power supply, water supply, heating supply
1. Power supply
AC 50Hz,380/220V for the power supply working. The total designed volume is 640kw
2. Water supply
a. For the water: the PH indicator is no less than 4, vitriol acid radical hydronium is less than 27000mg/1, the salt is less than 5000mg/l, no oil or plant oil or sugar or acid are included.
b. The water pressure from the entrance should be no less than 2.5Kg/2 for the workshop water.
c. The biggest water volume is lOm3/H,lOOm3/day.
3. Heating supply
a. The steam for pressure steaming kettle is a system and the volume is 2.4T/H with pressure of 1l~13Kg/cm2
b. The steam for original cultivating room, pouring, mixing and material matching is a system and total volume should be 0.8T/H with pressure of 3Kg/cm2.
